The KPCT Khan Do Kwan Police Control Tactics was successfully completed on October 25, 2019 at Mishawaka and 8 more Police Officers were certified as Level 1 Instructors in the program. I welcome all these awesome warriors dedicated in serving and protection their communities. May God bless them and always keep them safe under his protection.
